These terms apply to your use of the Purrfect City mobile game ("the Game"), provided by PemujaCode, a member of Dyafera Technology ("we"). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment. All game content belongs to us or our licensors.
Fair use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the Game, interfere with its servers, or use it unlawfully. We may adjust progress that was gained this way, and may suspend access.
Virtual items
Coins, Golden Yarn, tickets, cats, and other virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. They are licensed to you, not sold, and we may change or rebalance them.
Ads
The Game offers optional ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content or offers of those advertisers.
Your progress
Your progress is linked to an anonymous account on your device. If you delete the Game or change devices, your progress may be lost.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or stop the Game or any part of it at any time. Some features need an internet connection.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without affecting any mandatory rights you have in your country.
App stores
Apple and Google are not responsible for the Game or its support. Their store terms also apply to your download, and they may enforce those terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Continuing to play means you accept them.
